  RETURNED TO REPAIR
TECHMADE manufactures and markets products of high quality standard, for which it offers a guarantee of 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified as follows:
  • power supplies: 12 months
  • batteries, LED and LCD notebook panels, remote controls and perishable parts: 6 months
 We recommend to follow the following procedures
A) THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CAREED TO SEND:
The product is intact, both in the external and internal packaging and with all the original equipment (manual, cables, enclosures, etc.).
packing slip showing the date and the number of the invoice with which the goods were purchased upon request of the RMA assignment (identification number of the Return of Authorized Material) to the same TECHMADE.
This assistance will take place through direct contact with the supplier, who at his unquestionable judgment, will issue a credit note within 60 days of the value of the returned products, once they have accepted that the goods are really faulty and in their original packaging.

To request the goods return number, use the R.M.A. (Return Material Authorization) that you can fill out on the website www.techmade.eu, properly filled in all its fields.


B) COMMERCIAL RETURN
Conditions for the request for commercial return by the customer:

The return to TECHMADE of goods wrongly ordered (amount or codes) must be requested:
by means of R.M.A form with the wording given for credit
no later than 7 days from the invoice date.
The return of the goods must be made prior authorization and within 10 days from the date of approval of the return request.
Absolutely not returned items will not be accepted in their packaging.

To open a RMA file, just click in the My purchases / search for purchased products section (top right) of the order placed online and confirm with a click the product to be returned, to facilitate the search for the product in the orders we have added to each invoice issued its order number for the goods purchased. For whatever our staff can help you at any time or write to assistenza@techmade.eu for any type of support.

NB: If any products are working they will be returned to you with a technical report and a technical assistance invoice from the service center.

TECHMADE SRL reserves the right to apply the RIGHT OF RETENTION pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 2756 of the Civil Code, according to which the non-collection of the material after 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the repair will result in the tacit and unequivocal renunciation of the goods by the customer. Therefore TECHMADE SRL acquires the right to discard it or to ask for it in the appropriate offices.
